Saw this nice quote:

This is truly for all those people who gossip, criticize, unappreciative, disrespectful, talk behind your back, or talk in front of you so you can hear, or to compare you to others, whatever their motive, whatever their age, whatever their sex, they exist every where in every family, society and work place.
